Global Jaya School

Global Jaya School offers an International Baccalaureate continuum of studies for students aged 4-18 years of age.

Our Primary Years focus on the development of the whole child as an inquirer, both in the classroom and in the world outside. Six transdisciplinary themes of global significance are explored using knowledge and skills derived from six subject areas delivered using a powerful emphasis on inquiry-based learning. Our Middle Years develops active and internationally-minded young people who empathize with others and pursue lives of purpose and meaning. Students are empowered to inquire into a wide range of issues and ideas of local, national and global significance, as they become creative, critical and reflective thinkers. Our Diploma Program affords students the opportunity to engage with breadth and depth of knowledge, supporting students to flourish physically, intellectually, emotionally and ethically. We provide a balanced education, facilitating geographic and cultural mobility while promoting international understanding.

Entry Requirements:

Enrollment Documents for all students:

• Complete the Enrollment form at https://www.globaljaya.com/index.php/admission/apply-now
• Colour copy of the candidate’s birth certificate
• A legalised copy of school reports for the last 3 years
• Transfer Letter from the former school
• Colour copy of the Family Registration Card (stating the candidate’s name)

Additional Documents for Indonesian Students:

• Transfer letter (Surat Penyaluran Siswa Pindahan dari Luar Negeri) from Indonesia Ministry of Education and Culture for students enrolling from overseas schools
• Students moving from schools within Indonesia must present a Yr6/Yr9 certificate

Additional Documents for Expatriate Students:

• Colour copy of parents (father & mother) / guardian and candidate’s passport
• Colour Copy of parents (father & mother) / guardian and candidate’s KITAS
• Recommendation Letter for studying in Indonesia from Indonesia Ministry of Education and Culture
• Notification Letter of Equivalence from Indonesia Ministry of Education and Culture

SP Development Fee (Year 1 to 12 only)

Parents can choose to pay SP per school year or 6 school years upfront. There is no SP for Kindergarten or Reception Students.

To be paid before 30th June for Kindergarten and Reception minimum of 1 term SPP must be paid as stated in the notification letter.
